12/11: county magistrate in taiwan approves us to adopt waiting siblings
9/11: homestudy translated; submitted to taiwan
9/11: changes made; homestudy resubmitted
8/11: home study submitted to agency
6/11: see waiting siblings from Taiwan on agency site
